This is an opportunity for federal practitioners to hear current court news and issues discussed from the judges’ perspective. This year’s speakers include Chief Judge John Roll, District Judge Raner Collins and Magistrate Judge Jennifer Guerin.

What has become the subject of national debate will be the subject of
local debate between legal scholars

Two weeks before the Ninth Circuit hears oral argument on the
constitutionality of SB-1070, these respected Constitutional Law
experts will engage in a friendly (but spirited) and informative
discussion of the law and whether the Ninth Circuit – and
ultimately Supreme Court – will uphold it or strike it
