Bylaws
On May 1, 2025, the Executive Committee of the Tucson FBA voted to update the Bylaws so that they are consistent with the Officers’ and Executive Committee’s management of the Tucson FBA and to provide Officers and the Executive Committee with needed flexibility and authority to carry out the Tucson FBA’s business for the benefit of its members.
History
Before taking Senior Status, U.S. District Judge William D. Browning took the initiative to contact a number of federal practitioners to organize the Tucson Chapter. With Judge Browning’s leadership, a number of federal practitioners formed the Tucson Chapter and achieved amazing success. The Tucson Chapter was charted April 27, 1996.
